Do these reviews come straight from Google?
Yes. They are pulled straight from our live Google listing, newest first, and the page refreshes on its own rather than being typed out by hand. The rating and the count you see at the top are whatever Google is showing right now.
Can you remove a bad review?
No, and we would not want the ability. Every review Google has is what feeds this page. If something went wrong on your job, calling Tony gets it sorted faster than a review does, but the review stays either way.
Why do some reviews not have any text?
Google lets people leave a star rating without writing anything. Those still count toward the rating and the total, so the number of reviews is usually higher than the number of written ones you can read here.
