Wonderful experience and afforable! Rented multiple dumpsters during our renovation and Tony was great to work with! Will definitely use them again for our next project!
Renovating a beach house or turning over a rental on Folly? We set the dumpster carefully on sandy ground and pick it up when you're done.
Folly Beach sits at the end of Folly Road, and the rentals and beach houses out here get renovated and turned over all the time. We drop dumpsters across the island.
Soft, sandy ground means placement matters, so tell us where you want the can and we'll set it right. The 13 covers most beach-house projects.
Most of what we drop on Folly is beach-house work. Renovations between rental seasons, storm cleanup, and clearing out a place before it changes hands. Homeowners use our residential rentals for that. Contractors working the island take commercial cans with swap-outs when a job runs past the week.
Sand and salt take a toll, so a fair amount of what leaves here is decking, railing, and window frames. Yard debris after a blow goes in a yard-waste dumpster, and a full clear-out is easier with a junk-removal rental you can load at your own pace.
Most Folly Beach rental turnovers and beach-house remodels fit the 13 or 17. A full gut steps up to the 22, and concrete or dirt goes in the low 7-yard.
Order online or call Tony. Pick your size, set the date and the drop spot, and you're done in a couple of minutes.
We bring it to your spot in Folly Beach and set it where you want it. You don't need to be home. Keep it 1 to 30 days.
Tell us when you're done and we take it away, disposal included. Fill up early? We'll swap it for an empty one.
On Folly it is turnover junk, deck boards, and storm debris, all good to go. Concrete, dirt, and roofing go in the 7-yard, and we cannot take batteries, chemicals, or electronics. See the full list of what goes in
Folly is island work, and it comes with its own set of rules. Streets are narrow, driveways are short, and a lot of houses sit up on pilings with parking underneath, so the spot that looks wide open may not have the overhead clearance a truck needs to set a can down. Sand and soft shoulders matter too. We'd rather put a can on solid drive than risk a loaded truck sinking in.
Tell us what's above and below the spot you have in mind and we'll let you know whether it works. Jobs out here run toward rental turnovers between guests, deck and porch rebuilds, storm cleanup, and gutting a place after water gets into it.
You are dealing with a local family business, not a dispatcher in another state. Tony runs the trucks and answers his own phone. That matters more on Folly than most places, because whether a can fits depends on your driveway, your pilings, and what is overhead, and that is a conversation rather than a form. Our yard is on Folly Road, so the island is a short run for us. More about Family Trash.
We cover Folly Beach and the towns right around it.
Your Folly Beach price depends on the size you pick and how long you keep it, not on your address. It is one flat price with delivery, pickup, and disposal included, and you see it before you book. Here is how pricing works.
In Folly Beach the ground can be soft and a lot of homes sit up on pilings, so tell us what is above and below the spot you have in mind and we will set the can on solid footing.
Yes. Short-term rental turnovers are common in Folly Beach. Fill the can at your own pace between guests and we haul it when you are done, with a swap if a bigger cleanout needs it.
Yes. Brush, limbs, furniture, and general remodeling debris are all fine in a Folly Beach rental. Heavy material like concrete, dirt, and roofing goes in the low 7-yard, and we cannot take batteries, chemicals, or electronics. See the full list of what goes in.
A day or two of notice helps us fit your Folly Beach drop into the route, but it is worth a call either way. Tell us your spot and date and we will let you know the soonest we can get one there.
