Heavy loads

Concrete & Dirt Dumpster Rental in Charleston, SC

Tearing out a patio, a driveway, or a slab? For concrete, dirt, brick, and other heavy clean material, you want the 7-yard. It's our heavy container, built low and tough for the stuff that gets heavy fast.

Why the 7-Yard for Heavy Material in Charleston

Concrete and dirt weigh a lot in a small space, so they hit their limit long before they'd fill a big box. That's exactly what the 7-yard is for. It's the same footprint as our flatbed, sits low so it's easy to load by hand or by machine, and it tucks into tight spots around the house.

Clean Loads Get Recycled in Charleston

Here's the part most people don't know: clean concrete and dirt don't go to the landfill. We take clean loads to a recycling plant, so you can fill the 7-yard right to the rim. Keep it to pure concrete, dirt, or brick, no wood, no trash, no other debris mixed in, and it stays a clean load. Not sure what counts? Just ask Tony when you book, and he'll let you know.

Dropped where you need it

We set the container wherever works best for your project, 7 days a week, and you don't need to be home for the drop or the pickup. When you're done, call and we haul it off.

Good to know

Charleston concrete and dirt dumpster FAQ

What size dumpster do I need for concrete or dirt?

The 7-yard. It is our heavy container, built low and tough for concrete, dirt, brick, and other heavy clean material, which gets heavy long before it fills a bigger box.

Can I mix concrete with wood or other debris?

Keep it to pure concrete, dirt, or brick and it stays a clean load that goes to a recycling plant. Mix in wood, trash, or other debris and it becomes a regular landfill load. Tony will explain it when he drops it off.

Do you recycle concrete and dirt?

Yes. Clean concrete and dirt go to a recycling plant instead of the landfill, so you can load the 7-yard to the rim with clean material.

How full can I load the 7-yard with concrete?

To the rim, as long as it is clean material and stays level with the top rail. That container is built for dense loads, which is exactly why it is the only size that takes them.

Can I put asphalt, old pavers, or brick in it?

Yes. Brick, block, pavers, and broken asphalt all count as clean heavy material along with concrete and dirt. Keep them together and out of the light debris.

What about dirt with grass and roots in it?

Sod and dirt are fine. A few roots will not ruin a load. What does ruin it is wood, bagged trash, or general debris mixed in, because that turns a recyclable load into a landfill load.
