Tony was friendly, helpful, and everything went smoothly for our first ever dumpster. He made it all so easy!
Tearing off a roof? Rent a roll-off, load the old shingles as you go, and we haul the container when you're done. Whether it's you on a Saturday or a crew doing a full re-roof, we drop the right size where you need it.
Shingles are heavy, so size matters more than you'd think. A 13-yard handles a small shingle roof. For a bigger roof or a full re-roof, step up to a 17 or 22-yard. Not sure where your roof lands? Tell Tony the rough size and he'll point you to the right container before you book, so you're not paying for a second haul or running out of room.
Old shingles, felt, flashing, nails, load it all in. A few materials have their own rules, and those live in the terms, so when you book we ask what the job is. If you've got questions about what goes in, just ask.
We place the dumpster close to the house or wherever's easiest for the crew to reach from the roofline, 7 days a week. You don't need to be home for the drop or the pickup. When the roof's done, call and we come get it.
Re-roofing soon?
Tell Tony the roof size and he'll set you up with the right dumpster.
Compare the 13-yard and 22-yard, use the size guide, or read about roll-off dumpster rental. Serving Charleston and every nearby town.
The 7-yard. Shingles are dense, so the limit is weight rather than space, and that container is built low so a loaded one can still be lifted safely. A bigger container filled with shingles gets too heavy to haul, so on a larger roof the answer is a second 7-yard rather than a taller box.
Yes. Load old shingles, felt, flashing, and nails right in. A few materials have their own rules that are covered in the terms, and we ask about your project when you book.
Yes. We set it close to the house or wherever is easiest for your crew to reach from the roof, 7 days a week, and you do not need to be home.
Weight. A layer of asphalt shingles off an average Charleston roof puts down far more weight than the same volume of household debris. The 7-yard stays short on purpose so the truck can lift it, and a clean load of shingles from it can head to the recycle plant.
That is normal on a bigger tear-off. We swap it, taking the full container and setting an empty in the same spot so the crew keeps stripping instead of standing around.
Felt, flashing, and nails go in with the shingles. Plywood decking is light debris rather than heavy, so if you are replacing a lot of it, mention that when you book and we will work out whether it wants its own container.
